Terms and Conditions:

  • This campaign is organised by MFMA Development Sdn. Bhd, herein referred to as “The Management”.
  • This campaign is on first-come, first-served basis which will take place from 1 July 2025 to 31 March 2026; from 10am to 10pm daily.
  • Limited to ONE (1) redemption per ONE (1) eligible customer, throughout the entire campaign.
  • Get a FREE 10 MYR MOP KLIA discount voucher and a tote bag! Simply present the specific image at the Information Counter in Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang (MOP KLIA) in Malaysia.
  • Only one (1) voucher per transaction is allowed and with a minimum spend of RM100 at participating outlet in Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang. The value of this voucher is in the denomination of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10) only.
  • If the value of the item(s) purchased is less than the value of the voucher, any amount remaining from the transaction will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
  • If the value of the voucher used in a single transaction does not cover the full cost of the item(s) purchased, the balance must be borne by the voucher holder.
  • This voucher cannot be combined with other Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang vouchers, F&B vouchers or e-vouchers in the same transaction.
  • Only the original voucher will be accepted and must be presented upon payment in the participating outlet.
  • Any damaged or mutilated vouchers shall not be accepted. This voucher must be presented with both Part A and Part B.
  • This voucher is strictly non-exchangeable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • No “Re-print” or “Duplicate” voucher(s) will be accepted during the campaign.
  • All individuals (residents and non-residents) aged 18 years and above are eligible for the Redemption. Tenants’ staff are NOT eligible for redemption. Any redemption made by tenants’ staff on behalf of the customers will not be accepted.
  • The Management reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with others of equal value if necessary.
  • The Management reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions as and when deemed fit. Decisions made by The Management are final.
  • By entering the challenge, participants agree to abide by these terms and all decisions made by MFMA Development Sdn. Bhd.
